By using ExamJack, you agree to these terms. Our service provides information for preparing for Indian government exams — exam notifications, current affairs, eligibility checks, and study material. The service is free to use; no purchase is required.

Accuracy

We strive for maximum accuracy, but our content is for informational purposes only. Always verify with the official government source (e.g. ssc.gov.in, upsc.gov.in) before making any decision. We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of our content.

Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for the security of your account. Abuse of the service — scraping, spamming, harassing other users, attempting to bypass security — is prohibited and may result in account closure without notice.

Content and copyright

All original content on ExamJack is owned by ExamJack. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution requires written permission. Names of government bodies (SSC, UPSC, etc.) and their notifications belong to those bodies; we cite them under fair-use principles for educational purposes.

Advertising and affiliate links

We earn revenue through Google AdSense advertisements and through affiliate links to recommended products. This keeps the service free for users. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed wherever they appear. See the Privacy Policy for more.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may modify or terminate the service at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
