Total Posts: 15 (Senior Operations Manager, Associate Manager, Junior Manager and other technical / managerial roles on fixed-term contract).

Eligibility

Educational Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant disciplines such as M.Sc (Medical Microbiology / Biochemistry / MLT / Health Sciences), MBA (Healthcare Management), MPH, B.Sc + PGDMLT, or equivalent.

Experience: 2 to 8 years of post-qualification experience depending on the post — typically 6 years for Senior Operations Manager (post-graduate) or 8 years (graduate), 2–4 years for Associate Manager.

Age Limit: Maximum 37 to 40 years (post-wise; refer to the notification).
