Pay Scale (example): Manager (E3) — Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000 (IDA).

Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) with not less than 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in the relevant discipline — Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Naval Architecture / Civil — from a recognised university, or a relevant Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management for HR posts.

Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience is required and varies by post (for example, Manager (Technical) requires a minimum of 9 years of post-essential-qualification experience).
